The petitioner is seeking to derive benefit of the Vilasrao Deshmukh Abhay Yojana introduced by the respondents. 3.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that due to some technical difficulty he could not submit the application online but has tendered couple of written applications to the respondents on 11.11.2022 and 08.12.2022. He also submits that the last date for deriving the benefit under the scheme is 31.12.2022. Learned advocate Mr. Shelke for the respondents submits that the respondents would take appropriate decision on the petitioner's application before that date. 4.
