Mr. Murkute, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that, the applicant has completed the B.D.S. course, however, is not issued with the degree certificate and other documents required to be given on completion of the course. The Deputy Registrar of the University has issued a letter that, as the High Court has not passed any order, the said documents cannot be given.

We have heard the learned A. G. P. and the learned counsel for the non applicant No. 4.

The learned counsel for the applicant states that, the applicant has paid the full fees as that of open category candidate.

Relying upon the said statement made that, the applicant has paid full fees as that of open category candidate, we direct the respondents to issue the degree certificate and other documents as sought for to the petitioner, if, otherwise there is no other legal impediment. The same shall be done expeditiously. However, the petitioner would not be entitled for the benefit of reservation in further studies or in service. The civil application is disposed of. No costs.
