Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner has compromised the suit for partition and an application was filed to the Talathi. Talathi has rejected to record the mutation since there was no order of Tahsildar. It also appears that one of the party to the suit has moved an application before the Tahsildar for effecting the mutation. The facts of the case do not reveal that an appropriate application for mutation in view of the Civil Court decree was filed. We do not find any reason to entertain the petition and to grant any relief as the petitioner may move an appropriate application before the Tahsildar.
