The parties are unanimous that in respect of some other acquisition proceeding but from the same village, the same acquiring body has preferred appeals wherein this Court has allowed the claimant therein to withdraw 75% of the amount with usual terms and conditions and the same order can be passed in these matters.

The applications are allowed. The applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited in this Court, 50% by furnishing undertaking in usual terms and 25% on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar Judicial.
