By way of this application they are now seeking that the cheque for withdrawing the amount of compensation be issued in the name of applicant/claimant No. 1 Ashok Yadavrao Gorade alone for and on behalf of all the claimants. The rest of the claimants have filed separate affidavits in support of such request.
