Mr. Talhar, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the petitioner's paternal relatives have been issued with the validity certificate stating 'Koli'. The said aspect has not been considered. The validity certificates in favour of the petitioner's relatives have given corroborative evidence. The same is required to be considered. 2.

We have heard the learned AGP.

The Committee and this Court while dismissing the Writ Petition, has observed that the school record of the petitioner records tribe as Hindu Suryawanshi Koli (OBC). The school record of the father of the petitioner of the year 1945 records the tribe as Suryawanshi Koli. The school record of the uncle of the petitioner shows his caste as Koli. The record of the cousin grandfather of the petitioner records tribe as

914RAST36327.18.odt Koli. In respect of the one uncle of the petitioner the caste is recorded as Hindu Suryawanshi Koli. Not a single document records the caste of the petitioner as Tokare Koli.

In the light of the above, no case for review. Review Application is rejected.
