The petitioner is disputing the resolution passed by the Grampanchayat appointing the present respondent No. 6 as a Water Supply Peon and though his services were not terminated, respondent No. 6 is appointed on the said post. 2.

The said dispute is to be taken up before the Block Development Officer. The petitioner may assail the said action before the Block Development Officer. If such an application is filed by the petitioner, same shall be decided by the Block Development Officer
