We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the Management.

We have held in number of matters that the ban on recruitment does not apply for the appointments to be made on compassionate grounds. 3.

In view of that, if, as per the staffing

2 wp 13464.18 pattern the post is available commensurate to the qualification of the petitioner in Class - III or Class - IV, then the respondents shall consider to appoint the petitioner as per the staffing pattern. In that event, the ban on recruitment would not apply.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
