The petitioner is seeking action against the respondents under the provisions of Contempt of Courts Act by relying upon the order dated 17.03.2017 in Criminal Revision Application No.213 of 2016.

However, on going through the said order, it appears that there was no direction given by this Court to the respondents to act in specifc manner. Further, the order indicates that though the consent terms were fled between

{2} cp90.23.odt the parties, but there was no order of execution of those consent terms by this Court. On the contrary, it is seen that the Petitioner had, in fact, withdrawn Criminal Revision Application fled by her, in view of those consent terms.
