The limited grievance is raised by the petitioner in this Petition is that, though the proposal routed through Respondent No.6 and forwarded to Respondent No.4, is pending with the Respondent No.2, the decision is not taken by the Respondent no.2 on the said proposal.

We direct the Respondent No.2 to take decision on the said proposal, if already not taken, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within six weeks from today and communicate the said order to the petitioner and also to the Respondent No.6. 4.

The Petition is disposed of in above terms.
