This matter was not on the daily board. Learned counsel for the petitioner/Insurance Company moved a motion for leave to withdraw this petition on instructions from the petitioner. Hence, taken on the production board.

Considering the above statement, this petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Learned advocate for the petitioner prays for refund of the amount of Rs. 2,50,000/- that was deposited under the orders of this Court dated 27/11/2017. It is informed that the respondent has withdrawn the Prelitigation Application Dispute No.

340/2017 from the Permanent Lok Adalat, Aurangabad, which has delivered an award on 02/05/2018. It is, therefore, prayed that the deposited amount be refunded to the petitioner/Insurance Company. 4.

Considering the above, the said amount of Rs. 2,50,000/- along with accrued interest is allowed to be withdrawn by the petitioner after four weeks from today, keeping in view that the respondent has now preferred a dispute before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Aurangabad. The petitioner shall place a copy of this order before the District Consumer Redressal Forum, in the event it is required to appear before the said Forum.
