ORDER:- 1.

Heard the rival submissions. There appears delay of 1160 days in fling the frst appeal against award dated 09.06.2016 in LAR No. 507/2010 due to poor fnancial condition of the applicants.

The learned Counsel for respondent Acquiring Body strongly opposed the application. However, considering the statutory right of the applicants and the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed and the delay of 1160 days stands condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay.

Accordingly, the Civil Application is disposed of. 4.
