The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, as per clause - 3 of the order dt. 12.09.2019, the petitioner had raised the grievance against the rejection of the candidature. However, the same is not yet decided.

The petitioner may approach the authority seeking decision on the grievance raised by him on rejection of his candidature. The authority would take decision on the grievance raised by the petitioner, preferably within four weeks from the date the petitioner approaches the authority.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
