By this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking relief of following the directions given by this Court (Coram: Smt. Bharati Dangre, J.) by order dated 16th February, 2022 passed in Miscellaneous Civil Application No.28 of 2020.

The learned counsel for respondents, on instructions, submits that, out of three matters, one matter is disposed of by the learned Family Court, Dhule and the remaining two matters are posted for judgment.
