On instructions, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the appeal with liberty to approach the appellate Court under Section 29 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 challenging the order dated 19.07.2023, passed below Exh. 35 in Criminal M.A.No. 565 of 2019. Accordingly, the Criminal Writ Petition is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

The period which has been consumed before this Court would be the ground under section 14 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay.
