2 18-crwp1581-15 and anr.odt 3] It is an admitted fact that pursuant to the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate F.C., the Sonography machine was already taken away from the centre by the appropriate authority and presented before the Court.

4] In the circumstances, nothing survives in the present petition. Criminal Writ Petition No.1581 of 2015 stands disposed of accordingly. The petitioner would be at liberty to raise legal objection regarding the evidence that may be adduced in respect of the Sonography machine, lateron during the trial.

5] Criminal Writ Petition No.1582 of 2015 be listed for hearing on 24th February, 2016.
