Heard Mr. L.C.Patil, learned counsel for the applicants.

He submits that the Land Acquisition Officer has granted compensation at the rate of Rs.360/- per Are and the Reference Court has enhanced the compensation at Rs.2,150/- per Are.

In view of above, the applicants/claimants are permitted to withdraw 50 per cent amount of compensation without any condition and the applicants/claimants are also permitted to withdraw remaining 50 per cent amount on

ca15315.17 furnishing solvent security to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court.

Civil Applications are disposed of.
