Heard learned counsel appearing for the respective parties.

This Petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to the Respondent No.4- Scrutiny Committee to take decision on the caste validation claim in respect of the Petitioner pending before the Scrutiny Committee, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of SIX MONTHS from today and it is accordingly directed.

In the mean while the Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 shall not take any adverse action against the Petitioner merely on the ground of her failure to tender validation certification, until the disposal of the validation claim pending with the

Scrutiny Committee.

4.

With the directions as above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
