Applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the compensation amount deposited by the appellant. 2.

The Commissioner to permit applicant nos. 6 and 7 i.e. Gokharya Chima Pavara and Sundaribai Gokharya Pavara (parents of deceased) to withdraw sum of Rs.1,00,000/- each. Balance can be withdrawn by applicant no. 1 Lalita (widow of deceased) for herself and on behalf of minor applicant nos. 2 to 5. 3.

In all, applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the compensation amount deposited by the appellant.
