By filing affidavit in reply and issuing notification dated 9th March, 2017 under Section 127 of the M.R.T.P. Act, the respondents have declared that the reservation of 30 meter development plan road provided under second development plan, on the land of the petitioner, stands lapsed. They have, therefore, complied with the order passed by this Court.
