DATED : 5th DECEMBER, 2018 Order :- Heard. Learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submits that respondent No.2 scrutiny committee will decide the tribe claim of the petitioner within one year from today. 2.

In that view of the matter, respondent No.3 shall not take any adverse/coercive action against the petitioner on the ground of nonsubmission of tribe validation certificate for six (6) months from today or till the tribe claim of the petitioner is decided by respondent No.2 scrutiny committee, which ever occurs first.
