1.
In view of the provisions as contained in the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, the petitioner appears to have an alternate recourses open for agitation of his grievance against the impugned order. As such, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition and it is being disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to resort to such remedies available as are deemed to be appropriate. 2.
In case of making such approach, if it comes to condonation of delay the period consumed in the pendency of this writ petition would receive an appropriate treatment.

Learned counsel for the petitioner adverts to that, the next date for consideration of the matter before Sub-Divisional Officer is scheduled on 08-08-2016. Hitherto, the learned counsel requests that, the arrangement as was being followed, may be allowed to be followed.
