Applicants seek to condone delay of 94 days caused in filing appeal. Notice of civil application is served upon respondents. However, none appears for them. Perused application and reasons stated therein. 3.

The applicants are litigating for getting just compensation towards death of bread earner of family. Delay caused is not intentional. Applicants have not derived any benefit by making delay.
