Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Having regard to the events, as they have occurred and earlier an amount of Rs.9,47,443/- having been withdrawn, the claimants now after the verdict by high court, seek withdrawal of the balance amount, which according to their calculation, is Rs.8,36,394/-.

Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 has no particular dispute about this figure quoted on behalf of the applicants.

In view of the same, applicants are allowed to withdraw sum of Rs.8,36,394/- from the amount deposited in this court. 5.
