Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant shall deposit the amount of Rs.1,89,627/- in this Court within a period of one week from today, as the authorities below have refused to accept the same. The applicant is at liberty to deposit the said amount in this Court. 3.

If the amount is deposited, the same be remitted back to the Block Development Officer, Palam, who shall keep the same in his custody till conclusion of trial.

The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.125/2015, registered on 18th November 2015 for an incident dated 12th November 2015, at Palam Police Station, District Parbhani, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471 of Indian Penal Code,

The applicant is a teacher by profession serving in Ashram School. Apart from the delay in lodging the F.I.R., the fact remains that applicant has undertaken to deposit the amount, as has been alleged in F.I.R. In my opinion, custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. As such, applicant is entitled to be released on bail. 6.

In the event of his arrest in Crime No..125/2015, registered on 18th November 2015 for an incident dated 12th November 2015, at Palam Police Station, District Parbhani, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471 of Indian Penal Code, applicant be released on bail, upon furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount.

The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on 23rd and 24th January 2016 between 10.00 am and 12.00 noon and thereafter as and when called by the Investigating Officer. 8.
