This is an application for seeking restoration of the writ petition which has been dismissed-in-default, together with the prayer of condoning the delay in filing the same.

Issue notice to the respondents. Learned A.G.P. waives service of notice for respondent Nos.1 to 5.

For the reasons mentioned in the civil application, the same is allowed. Delay is condoned and the writ petition is restored, subject to the condition that all office objections in the writ petition

13442.24ca (2) shall now be removed within a period of four weeks, as also the applicant/petitioner shall deposit costs of Rs.1,000/- in the Registry within that time.
