Heard learned counsel for the applicant. The applicant seeks review of the order dated 11th November, 2024. He referred to paragraph No. 11 of the order, which is about grace marks. Specific findings have been given about grace marks. Whatever grace marks claimed, it was not demonstrated on what basis the grace marks were given. Therefore, specific findings of facts were given.

Now, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is one Government Resolution. Now he wanted to explain how much grace marks he is entitled to. The review is not in the

2 ra 270.24 purview of Order 47 of the Code of Civil Procedure. The principle laid down for review has not been prima facie established. The fact finding cannot be reviewed. Therefore, we do not find substance in the review application. The review application is dismissed in limine.
