The limited grievance of the Petitioner in this Petition is that his tribe claim proposal is pending with the Committee since 20.03.2024. He is, therefore, seeking a direction to the Committee to decide the proposal as early as possible.

Respondent No. 2/Scheduled Tribe Certificate Verification Committee, Kinwat is directed to decide the tribe claim of the Petitioner within a period of 9 months from today. With this, the Petition stands disposed off.
