This is an application filed for recalling the warrant issued against the applicant.

On going through the record and papers, it appears that appeal is of the year 2004. As no steps were taken to work out the matter, this Court, by order dated 26.11.2024, issued bailable warrant against the appellant. In response to the same, appellant himself is present today. Statement is made across the bar that appellant was residing at his native. However, notices are going on the address of his sister. Now, he undertakes to prosecute the matter henceforth without fail.

In view of the above, criminal application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and disposed off accordingly. 4.

Place Criminal Appeal No. 491 of 2004 for consideration on 05.02.2025.
