After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner for some time, when this Court was not inclined to interfere with the impugned order, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition. His statement is accepted.

In view of the statement, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Having considered the conduct of the petitioner, and the fact that the matter has been pending since 2022, as well as is fixed for final argument, the learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible on or before 31st December 2025. The petitioner is directed to cooperate with the learned Trial Court and shall not seek unnecessary adjournments.
