This application is filed for fixing the second appeal for final hearing. In fact, as per order dated 15th April 2016, the main matter was kept for arguments on 28-04-2016. But, it appears that

(Order) (2) Civil Appln. No. 01570 of 2016 arguments were not heard on that day and thereafter on 21-06-2016, learned Advocate for the applicants i.e. present appellants sought time. Under such circumstance, when as per the said application, the matter was fixed for final hearing but hearing could not take place.

The purpose of the present application was served.

Hence, present civil application is treated as disposed of.
