The challenge in this petition is to the order declaring the petitioner as surplus and placing him in the wait list of the Teachers to be accommodated in another school. The petitioner contends that without considering his seniority, the petitioner has been declared surplus and sent to another school.

The learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 3 and 4 has placed on record a communication dated 22.05.2025 issued by the Divisional Deputy Director of Education, District Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar by which the petitioner has been absorbed in Government Educational College (D.Ed.), Tq. Vasmat Dist.Hingoli where the petitioner has already joined. The joining report dated 27.05.2025 has also been placed on record.

In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the Writ Petition. 5.

Needless to mention that, as and when the vacancy arises in the original school, the respondent shall consider the request of the petitioner for repatriation.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
