Heard. Perused the contents of the application. There is limited prayer that cheque of the applicant No.9, namely Malti Digambar Shahane be handed over to her father namely Digambar Asaram Shahane by accepting undertaking of her father. It is submitted by learned Counsel appearing for the applicant that applicant No.9Malti Digambar Shahane is carrying pregnancy of five months and as Doctor advised her bed rest, she is unable to come personally for collecting the cheque.

The Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A).

Needless to observe that requirement stated while passing order dated 05.12.2014 while disposing Civil Application No.9344 of 2011 in Writ Petition No. 6250 of 2009 will have to be complied with. Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that, in addition, applicant No.9 Malti Digambar Shahane will also submit undertaking within four weeks from today.
