Heard learned advocate for the petitioner.

It is highly unbecoming of the petitioner to again and again approach this Court instead of prosecuting the Change Report Inquiry and, soliciting a direction from this Court to the Deputy Charity Commissioner or Assistant Charity Commissioner to decide the Change Report Inquiry expeditiously.

Although it is expected of the Deputy Charity Commissioner to decide the Change Report within a reasonable time, this Court in the last round, in Writ Petition No. 1116 of 2021, by order dated 20.01.2021, had expected the petitioner to make an application

2 920WP14176.2023.odt for expeditious disposal of the Change Report and even the Deputy Charity Commissioner was directed to consider that application. 4.

In spite of such a direction way back, the memo of the petition is conspicuously silent about having moved any application as was expected and directed by the Court. This very conduct of the petitioner compels us to comment on the conduct. 5.

The Writ Petition is dismissed.
