The petitioner is transferred from the Zilla Parishad School Andoor to the School at Itkal. The same is assailed. 2.

We have heard Mr. Bhosale, the learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Reddy, the learned Counsel for the respondent Nos. 4 and 5, so also, the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 3.

According to the petitioner, in two years, the petitioner is transferred four times. According to the respondent - Zilla Parishad, the petitioner is surplus. As such, she is given posting at Itkal. 4.

It would be appropriate if the Divisional Commissioner

2 95-WP-13905-2018 considers the said dispute between the parties. The petitioner shall file an application with the Divisional Commissioner within seven days from today with regard to her grievance about transfer/declared surplus. The Divisional Commissioner shall after hearing the Zilla Parishad, take decision upon it within a period of 30 days from the date of application. Till the decision is taken by the Divisional Commissioner, the status-quo as is maintained today shall be maintained.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
