The learned advocate for respondent Nos. 2 to 5, on instructions, submits that respondent No.2 would consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's representation, last in the form of reminder dated 30.07.2024, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within three months. 3.

We accept the statement being made on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 to 5, as an undertaking to the court and with that as direction, dispose of the writ petition.
