Mr.Surwase, learned counsel submits that the amount of rental compensation has been determined. The said amount is also demanded from the Collector. The Collector, has also forwarded the same to the State. The moment, it is received, the amount would be paid.

The order dated 18.6.2015, passed by this Court states that the acquiring body shall pay the amount determined within eight

(8) weeks from the date of determination. The amount is

determined on 3.8.2015. The amount ought to have been paid to the claimants by now.

Considering the difficulties expressed, we grant the Respondents two (2) months time to make the payment of the said amount positively or else they will be liable for contempt. 5.
