Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondents/State.

The applicant is a father of co-accused, who allegedly eloped with the daughter of the first informant. The daughter of the first informant and the son of the applicant are still not found. The report was lodged in the month of August 2022. Since then, the daughter of the first informant did not return home. The applicant's case appears good that he has been arrested only on suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from him. His detention in jail would be fruitless. Hence, he may be released on bail on certain condition. Therefore, the following order:- i) Application is allowed.

946-BA-2138-22.odt ii) Applicant Popat Devaji Pawar be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/-, with one solvent surety of the like amount, in C.R.No.507 of 2022 registered with Dhule Taluka Police Station, Taluka and District Dhule, for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code, on the condition that he shall attend the police station as and and when called by the Investigating Officer on written notice till filing of the chargesheet.
