Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this writ petition, the Arbitrator has enhanced the compensation and the respondent no.4 has also withdrawn the said amount of enhanced compensation as awarded by the arbitrator. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would avail the alternate remedy of fling the suit.

In view of the above submissions, writ petition is disposed off, with the liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy, if so available in law.
