Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State.

It is a case of road accident, however, offence under Sections 304, 279, 337, 338 and 437 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 184 of the Motor Vehicles Act has been registered against the applicant. Applicant was allegedly driving the vehicle involved in the accident. Prima facie, there is no evidence that it was an intentional act. The material investigation has been completed. Considering the nature of the offence and material investigation, the applicant deserves bail. Hence, the order:- i) The application is allowed.
ii) Applicant Suresh Ganesh Kamble be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/- with one solvent surety
937-BA-2141-22.odt of like amount, in C.R.No.483 of 2022 registered with Nanal Peth Police Station, Parbhani, for the offences punishable under Sections 304, 279, 338, 337 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code, on the conditions that;
(a) He shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses. (b) He shall attend the police station as and when called on written notice by the Investigating Officer any time before filing the chargesheet.
