In view of the order dated 12.08.2016 passed by the Deputy Director, Social Forest Department, Hingoli and the aforesaid Government Resolution, nothing survives in this Contempt Petition, as the order of which disobedience is alleged in the Contempt Petition, has been substantially complied with. The Contempt Petition, therefore, stands disposed of.
