Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the respondent-State.

The similarly situated co-accused have been released on bail. The charge sheet has been filed. Nothing remains to be recovered from the applicant. The trial may take its time to conclude. Hence, the applicant may be granted bail on stringent conditions. Hence, the following order :-

ORDER

(i) The Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant Mukesh Shankar Savant, be released on bail on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with

No. 2142-2022.odt one solvent surety in the like amount in Crime No. 747/2021 registered at Kotwali Police Station, Ahmednagar for the offence punishable under Sections 399,403 Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3/25, 4/25 of Arms Act on the condition that the applicant shall attend the concerned police station on every Monday of each month, between 8.00 p.m. and 10.00 p.m., till the conclusion of the trial.
