The petitioners have challenged the delimitation of zones for the purpose of electoral divisions made by respondent no.03 - Collector under Section 12 of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishads &

The issue raised in the present petitions is decided by this Court in Writ Petition No. 154 of 2017 and connected petitions, by judgment delivered on 16th January, 2017. For the reasons recorded in the said judgment, present Writ Petitions are also dismissed.
