By way of present petition, the petitioner is assailing Roznama entry dated 22.02.2022 and order dated 29.09.2022 and order dated 01.12.2021 passed by the Respondent No.2/learned Deputy Commissioner (Supply), Aurangabad in Revision No.SB/125/2021. 3.

Without going into the merits of the matter it would be desirable to dispose of the present petition with a direction to the Deputy Commissioner (Supply) to decide the application and the revision itself within a period of six months from today, if not already decided.
