Mr. Biradar, learned counsel submits that the present petition was filed seeking direction to decide the representation. Subsequently, the same was decided. Inquiry was initiated and inquiry report is also submitted on 26.2.2016. The petitioner disputes the inquiry report. In that case, the petitioner would have separate cause of action and same would not come within the ambit of present writ petition. In the light of that, Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
