Both these petitioners pray that the Deputy Director of Education should decide the pending proposals submitted by the Management vide the covering letter dated 11.06.2021, for approval of their transfers on the 100% aided posts of Lab Assistants, in the light of Rule 41 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1981. 2.

The learned AGP submits that this Court may grant

In view of the above, both these Writ Petitions are disposed off with the direction to respondent No.2 to deal with the proposals of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders, on or before 15.03.2023. Such orders be communicated to the Management within two weeks thereafter.
