1] Heard. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that, the petitioners are appointed, pursuant to the advertisement issued by the respondent - School, and also after adhering to the provisions of Section 5 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools [Conditions of Service] Regulation Act, 1977 and the Rules thereunder. He submits that, the proposal for the approval of the petitioners on the post of Assistant Teachers, is pending with respondent no.2.
2] We direct respondent no.2 to take decision on the pending proposal dated 20th August, 2016 [Exhibit-F Page 22], if already not taken, as expeditiously as possible, however, within 8 weeks from today, and communicate the said decision to respondent nos.3 and 4 and also to the petitioners.
3] We have not expressed any opinion on merits of the said proposal, and it is for respondent no.2 to take appropriate decision in accordance with law.
4] With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
5] Parties to act upon authenticated copy of this order.
