The issue raised is as to whether the Laad Paage Committee Recommendations (Commonly known as the Vashila Paddhat) would be applicable to the petitioner when his father does not belong to the Mehtar and Walmiki Community.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits today, on instructions, that the petitioner desires to withdraw this petition. If he has a valid certificate of belonging to the Mehtar or Walmiki Community, he would approach the learned Maharashtra khs/Jan.2023/1101

- 2 - Administrative Tribunal by placing an original record for seeking employment in the light of Laad Paage Committee Recommendations. 3.
