Learned Advocate for respondent No.2 points out that petitioners in Contempt Petition Nos.876 of 2023, Contempt Petition No.47 of 2024 and Contempt Petition No.48 of 2024 have also filed Writ Petition No.4656 of 2023 along with companion matters, wherein on 26.04.2023 while disposing

936_CP_876_2023 of petition it was directed that if the Zilla Parishad has initiated the process with regard to filling in the vacancies of Kendra Pramukh/Cluster Head, the said procedure shall be concluded without any delay. If the process has not been initiated, the same shall be initiated without delay. It is to be noted that petitioners had approached this Court stating that there is contempt of order passed by this Court on 13.07.2023 in Writ Petition No.8242 of 2023, wherein it can be seen that Zilla Parishad was directed to consider petitioners cases on their own merits which were in respect of the promotion. Now, these petitioners have approached this Court by filing another writ petition and in which the above said order is passed. We consider that there is no question of contempt or action to be taken.

Therefore, Contempt Petition Nos.876 of 2023, Contempt Petition No.47 of 2024 and Contempt Petition No.48 of 2024 are disposed of. However, Contempt Petition No.877 of 2023 to proceed further, in view of the above said order passed in Writ Petition No.8242 of 2023. (S.G. CHAPALGAONKAR, J.) ( SMT. VIBHA KANKANWADI, J.
