We have heard this matter for some time.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits on instructions that instead of pursuing the proposal, for natural growth of the school that was tendered 15 years ago, the petitioner would file a fresh proposal within 30 days. Let the authority consider the said proposal within a time frame by following the due procedure, laid down in law. 3.
The learned A.G.P. submits that the proposal of the petitioner would be considered in the light of the current policy of the State Government, and the same and would be decided expeditiously. 4.
In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. Let the
wp1104.23 -2petitioner tender a fresh proposal, on or before 28.02.2023. The competent authority, after receiving the said proposal, would deal with the same in accordance with the policy of the Government in vogue and after following the due procedure laid down in law, would deliver a decision on the proposal of the petitioner, expeditiously and preferably, on or before 31.05.2023.
